How do I order for multiple people in one order?
- Choose the sets you want for all the people you are ordering for and add them all to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to check out and when asked for the "Name on the Sticker Sets" type the words multiple names.
- Proceed through to PayPal and in here there is a section where you can provide Instructions. In the instruction section provide the details of your order; eg. Mrs Smith: General 1, General 2; Mr Jones Math 3, English 2 etc.
- If you miss the instruction section in PayPal, just send and email with the instruction for your order to sales@signaturestickers.com.au
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders are usually posted within 1-2 weeks after the order has been made.
How much does it cost to Custom Make stickers?
Custom Made stickers in Gloss are $5.50/sheet and Matt are $4.50/sheet.
How can schools make an order and payment?
Schools can make an order by sending an email to sales@signaturestickers.com.au that includes:
- school name and address
- the names of the teacher/s and the sets that they would like to order
- choose gloss or matt stickers
An invoice will then be posted to the school with the stickers, which the school has 14 days to pay by cheque or direct deposit.
How do I use a discount code?
In your shopping cart there is a slot where you type in a discount code. After typing it in you must click on "Apply discount code". This will automatically discount the amount owing as long as you have reached to minimal spend requirement (some discount codes require you to spend a certain amount before the code is valid). Discount code must be applied before going to PayPal otherwise you will have missed out on the discount.
How many stickers are there per sheet?
There are 65 stickers per sheet. This is made up of 5 different designs, 13 copies of each design, giving a total of 65 stickers.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Phone orders can be made, but payment for these can only be made by cheque or direct deposit. Credit card payment can not be taken over the phone.
